Every townhome has four bedrooms, a full kitchen, a table that seats ten and a shuffleboard table, and House 7 is fully accessible, with a step-free entry and a roll-in shower. Butchertown Hall, 5th & Taylor and City House are a two-minute walk, so the cars can stay parked all weekend.

Can we hold meetings or events on site?

Our properties are designed for overnight guests rather than standalone events. For a working session or a group dinner, tell us and we'll help you find a private room nearby.

Can we book a group stay online?

Yes. Single homes and suites, and many larger combinations up to a full buyout, show live pricing on each property's booking page. For anything bigger or more custom, send us the details and the concierge will build it with you.

Can we split a very large group across properties?

Yes. The Monroe, the Magnolia and the Conway are a few blocks apart in Germantown, so a group too big for one address can take two and still walk between them.

How does the group get around?

Most groups walk to dinner in Germantown and take a rideshare to Broadway, about ten minutes by car. For larger groups, we can recommend trusted shuttle and transport options. Terralodge, at Monteagle, is about ninety minutes from Nashville by car.
