THE MAGNOLIA
The Magnolia isn't a group house. It's thirteen of them around one courtyard, two minutes from the best dinner in Nashville.
The stay, in context.
At 1320 5th Avenue North you are inside Germantown rather than adjacent to it. Butchertown Hall, 5th & Taylor and City House are a two-minute walk. Rolf & Daughters is five. The car can stay parked for the whole weekend, which is the entire point of staying here.
Rooted in Germantown
all thirteen townhomes are the same shape: four bedrooms with real doors, a full kitchen, a table that seats ten, and a shuffleboard table. Five buildings, one shared courtyard. Take one for a family, a block of them for a wedding party, or the whole place when the group is big enough to need it.

What’s around you.
The places locals actually keep on their Saturday rotation — plus a few worth the short drive.
The fox books Butchertown Hall, walks two minutes, and never moves the car all weekend.
ROOMS & RATES
Full Property Buyout - 13 Townhomes
Take all thirteen townhomes for one private Germantown address: 52 bedrooms, 65 beds, and room for up to 130 guests. Groups of up to 100 can check live availability and book online; for 101–130, our concierge will build the stay with you.
4-Bedroom Townhome
Four bedrooms, a full kitchen, a dining table for ten, and a shuffleboard table. Twelve of the thirteen townhomes are this one, which means every booking gets the whole thing rather than a room inside it.
Accessible 4-Bedroom Townhome
House 7, the one built to be lived in by a guest who needs it: a curbless roll-in shower with a grab bar and handheld, a roll-under sink, and wider clearances throughout. Everything else matches the other townhomes — four bedrooms, full kitchen, table for ten, shuffleboard.
