It sits at 810 Jefferson Street, on the western edge of Germantown, a two-minute walk from First Horizon Park and a short one from the neighborhood's restaurant row. Two minutes the other way is the Soundry, our sister property — and Conway guests get the run of its backyard: a lawn under string lights, a pickleball court, grills and lawn games.

Thirty-five units come in three sizes: studios for solo trips and couples, two-bedroom suites for families, and multi-level four-bedroom suites with their own balconies for groups. Book one, book a few, or take the whole building. The Capitol Mall and the Farmers' Market are south of you; Broadway is seven minutes by car and far enough away to stay quiet.

Seventeen of them, and a complete small apartment rather than a hotel room — king bed, kitchen with induction cooktop and full fridge, a marble table for two, and a walk-in shower. One is the Love Story Studio, themed to match.
2 Bedroom Suite Q+Q
The middle size, and the one families take: two bedrooms — king-plus-queen or queen-plus-queen — a full kitchen, and a living room that does not double as somebody's bed.
4 Bedroom Suite
Fifteen of them, and the reason groups book the Conway. Two floors, four bedrooms, two living rooms, and a private balcony pointed at downtown. A live-edge table seats the group, and there is a dartboard for when dinner runs long.
2 Bedroom Suite K+Q
Five of the four-bedroom suites are decorated to a theme — the Eras Suite, the Swiftie Suite, the Fearless Flat, and two built for bachelor and bachelorette weekends. Same footprint and same rate band as a standard four-bedroom; ask the concierge for a specific one.
