Yes. One person can book everything, or each household can book and pay for its own house. If you want particular houses kept together for your group, ask us about holding them until a set date.

Is there room for everyone to eat together?

Each house has its own dining table for its household. For one big family dinner, the concierge can help you book a private room at a restaurant nearby.

Is there anything for the kids?

The Monroe courtyard has pickleball and lawn games, every Magnolia townhome has a shuffleboard table, and one Monroe house has a bunk room. At Terralodge, the kids get treehouses.

What if someone can't manage stairs?

Every Magnolia townhome has a bedroom and full bath on the main floor, and House 7 is fully accessible, with a step-free entry, a curbless roll-in shower and a roll-under sink.
